We charge per square foot of the livable space of your home (verified by tax records), with a minimum charge of $75.
$0.05 per square foot for a touch up clean. A perfect example of when this type of clean would typically be used would be in cases of an empty house that is about to be shown for an Open House, or a home that is cleaned regularly by us.
$0.10 per square foot for a regular on time clean. This would be the clean that most people would typically need if they do not have their house professionally cleaned by us on regular basis. In these instances if there is an item that requires a heavier clean, it will be at $25 per item (ie. refrigerator, stove, bathroom, etc.)
$0.15 per square foot for a heavy clean. This would be for a home that will need some extra time and care.
